january : 1309000 ... ask ryan, lost on last day ... ofcourse not lost but given to a friend who wanted a medal ... i can tell you his name, but maybe he gets sanctioned than

february : 4340000 ... you know ryan ask him ... lost all last day again. Do you really think i play 4340000 together and loose it on one day. NO ... but two friends happy with medal

march : won and lost, but nothing given away

april : wanted a blue medal for once and kept 4 mil

may : i'll prove you are wrong, i can play !!!

Unfair? Hardly.
First off - yes, someone does go up in the standings if they recieve a loan...someone also goes down in the standings so that person trying to catch the one going down gains ground. Someone won the chips legitimately. If they choose to use those chips to give someone else a boost and maybe drop a notch or too...let them "sacrifice" for someone else.
Every single person on this site is able to recieve and give a loan...I fail to see what is unfair about that. It would be unfair if only certain ones could recieve loans or gifts (lets be honest that's usually what they are), but that is obviously not the case.
I myself can honestly say I have not recieved a loan. I have given one or two very modest gifts and it made me feel warm inside :)
If u don't want to recieve any chips u didnt' earn, then don't. There's a little bit to be said about getting to the top on ur own. But it is my opinion that just because u don't exercise that option, doesn't mean u should rag on others that do...
(Interestingly enough it seems that it is generally pretty bad players who whine and cry about "loans" who if given a loan... oh let's just say "100K" would quite quickly unintentionally "loan" it to someone else.)
...So, althoug i don't really buy the whole membership argument..I do agree stronly with u Odnexa.
