I have found out that it is possible to have 2 accts on one table with 1 ip address.
With your computer and an iphone in the same room you can cheat.An iphone doesnt need an ip address.Theres no honor in cheating so ban them all for life and dont let them spoil it for others!!!

on a first offense chips are usually not removed. to be honest I don't know how ryan decides to remove chips or not. I have only had 2 players chips removed in over a year. there is not anything that allows us to remove them. if there was, I would have removed their chips

Well seen as you mods are not allowec to do anything for offences except give warnings...as everyone keeps stating...is this CORRECT??? maybe you can remove my forum posting abilities for 3 days Only (same as you done for 1st time Cheating) after reading this.

I think every single MOD/person that was involved in looking in to this 100% obvious case of cheating are all Spineless two faced Bastards and that includes Ryan also as he allows it to happen and let's the player come back and play with chips he cheated to get after getting caught.

I only made this post to see if anything has changed here in the last year or so but it clearly hasn't.

I expect my 3 day ban of posting on forum to start ASAP.

Greg you have been made to look a fool by banning the players for cheating and then the player is allowed to carry on as normal with 500k.

Wow you guys sure are judgemental and all knowing. It's damned if we do and damned if we don't. You guys decide what is right and wrong by what you see on a forum. We decide what needs to be done by looking at many different things, and the complete issue, along with history. If we don't have an answer, we talk it over as a team. All of you just read the forum and make a decision on what you think is right from that. Greg did exactly as he was supposed to in this situation. Something was copy/pasted to the forum, it was looked into, all of the mitigating factors were examined, and the result is a decision that you may or may not agree with, and you may have your own opinion about it, but it is the correct decision in this circumstance.

we as mere mortals can only comment on the forum or what we see at the tables, as we don't have access to any other medium or a magic looking glass!
if you expect people who care about this site not to have there say or give there opinion, then you will have a long wait. people who become mods or committee members need to understand not everyone will agree with there decisions, that's how life works, you will never change it so man up! or stand down and take criticism as you would praise, because what it means is that someone cares!

As far as I'm concerned this thread should be called "The depth of hatred". People who can't beat me on the felt feel the need to try to "win" by smearing my name in the court of public opinion.

When you build your identity around the object of your hate (Ladyboy - really?) I think you tend to lose a bit of credibility with intelligent people.

For those who didn't see the match, it was pretty short, texasholdempoker shoved every hand and IIRC I shoved back 4 times. Two times I had pairs and twice I had Q7 or better. Statistically, Q7 or better is what you need to be able to beat a random hand. And when someone is folding 100% of the time when you reraise, then you don't even need that. That's all I need to "exonerate" myself. But to go on:

By the standard of evidence that's been presented in this thread and the moderators apparent standard, you can successfully allege cheating simply by playing someone, raising most of your stack and then folding when they reraise. And that is exactly what has happened in this case. I could "convict" 100% of gpokr this way without anyone being able to stop me. That is how ridiculous this evidence is. It requires nothing more than a beneficial outcome for the person being accused.

Do I know what was going through texasholdempoker's head? No clue. Since texasholdempoker hasn't come forward and said anything, I assume the chips most likely came from the person (ladyboy) accusing me in this thread.

On this point with my accusers I agree: The moderators response has been substandard. I say, if you are going to question someone's integrity then please, take it a little more seriously. Render a harsh verdict; either give me a ban for life or a complete exoneration of the allegations. Please don't do some halfsie investigation / punishment that gives the color of legitimacy to a bs allegation.

I have one final comment to make. The type of losers who do stuff like this are scum. They are weak people and they are sloppy. If you are going to do an investigation then please do a proper one. Publish a list of accounts that have been logged into that have used the same IP address as the texasholdempoker account. Expose these desperate scumbags for who they are...

I have been playing the LadyBoy account with my friend who I work with at different times. Also regarding an IP address if you check now this account will show on the same IP as Ladyboy as I am in work, I don't know what other account has been played on the IP.

Oh and for the record I was the person who posted the cheating on the forum not my friend and I also posted the messages about Spineless people. I don't need to hide behind any account as you have hinted, I played because my friend made a few chips and said have a go if you like.

Well I just made a bunch of cheaters including Javipu14, dolfin, Ricardo 72, vasvak, jack13, srdavebetterhalf. I was raising to 19K every hand, they re-raised and I folded. I was too lazy to create a fake account to do it with but I assume they will all receive 3 day bans. Mods let me know if you need the hand histories, I saved them all. Equal protection under the law etc etc.

Seems to me you are breaking rule #2 and if not, it would definitely be a major breach of the rules on any pay money site. People have lost nontrivial amounts of money (esp big tourney scores) sharing accounts. It's definitely way outside the spirit of the game.

You are right. If I was a cheater, which I am not, I am smart enough to do it without getting caught. I live in a timezone where the site is virtually dead most of the day. So why would I cheat at such a busy time and in such an obvious way when you are there? It defies logic. The fact is I can't control it when other ppl dump chips on me, just like the faux cheaters I mentioned above can't control it.

The rest of your story just sounds like bad damage control hygiene to me. I'm sure it will be proven false with a cursory investigation of site logs.

The allegation of bullying over a one year old joke I made, insults etc just proves my last point.
